Getting started in therapy can be hard, but I am here to make the transition as seamless as possible.

There are several reasons that impact a person's behaviors, mood, life and career choices. I utilize my experience and expertise in a unique manner. As a career and life coach, licensed clinician and addiction specialist and medical yoga movement specialists to address these concerns. I utilize my trauma training to assist in uncovering new paths. This can be in Career Coaching, Life Coaching, Specialized Yoga and Mindfulness Sessions, Addiction/Recovery Yoga, Trauma Yoga, Medical Yoga.
