Personal Statement:
Are you experiencing sadness, grief, or anxiety? Do you suffer from emotional pain related to traumatic events in your life? If so, I can help. I also love to work with people who are struggling with cultural conflicts in their family, as well as people who are having difficulty with age-related changes in their lives
I have been treating individual, couples and families for over 30 years in a variety of community settings. The clients I work with experience a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their needs and overcome barriers to emotional wellness. As an interactive and client-centered therapist, I use a various treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness and others to address depression, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, complex and repetitive trauma, grief and traumatic grief. I help to resolve issues related to cross-cultural adjustment, gender and age-specific concerns. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to developing and maintaining emotional wellness.

- 1987-2017: Outpatient therapist in several different agencies in the Philadelphia area including The Consortium, The Path Center, Intercommunity Action, Holcomb Behavioral Health, and JFK Community Behavioral Health.

- Licensed social worker since 1992; Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2007.
