Ms. Alexandra Cimorelli, LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor + Art Therapist ATR
Personal Statement:
Getting started in therapy can be hard, but I am here to make the transition as seamless as possible.
Providing person centered therapy that is tailored to your needs and based on what you would like to work on to improve your life is where I begin in providing quality, thought provoking, and life changing treatment.
I am an Art therapist who provides treatment to children, adolescents, and Adults. Providing Art or Talk therapy with a background in behavioral psychology, supporting all aspects of your life and exploring dynamics that have lead to struggles for you. Exploring the patterns of your life and/or that of the child in your care could make a large impact in life long, sustainable change. As a therapist I will always meet you where you are. I will work with you through your struggles. In working through rough spots with confidence you will thrive with the new skills obtained, helping you feel more successful and ready to take on you or your child's day to day challenges. My intentions are to help you build with the strength and confidence you already have inside yourself.
I am currently a Licensed Art therapist (ATR) with the American Art Therapy Association and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. I have received my Degree of Art Therapy and Counseling from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
